Return Policy
Evangelos Jewellery knows that sometimes the item you pick may or may not be the perfect gift for that loved one. Which is why we offer you the ability to return this item or exchange for the perfect gift. Please not the following:
You may return your item within 10 days of purchase date or 14 days of shipping date for online orders. (Must be accompanied by receipt). Please contact store first to receive a RA# before attempting to return online purchases. Online purchases will be refused without an RA#.
The item must be in new and perfect condition with all protective materials in place along with any manuals or warranty cards.
Evangelos will not accept any returns that show signs of wear, have been used, or altered from its original state.
Items that have been sized or items engraved cannot be returned or exchanged to Evangelos.
Watches that have been sized cannot be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise ordered, custom made or altered at customers request is not returnable.
